La Menta (Mint) Hot Chocolate
*This is an adult beverage! Just omit the tequila for a non-alcoholic version.

Light Coconut Milk
(we used So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut Milk)

tablespoons
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
(we use Hershey's Special Dark)

full droppers
Mint flavored Stevia Drops
- or sweetener of choice
1/8
teaspoon
Mint Extract
*optional if you don't flavored Stevia Drops

ounces
Tequila
For Garnish - *optional

tablespoons
Whipped Cream

Fresh Mint Leaves
Instructions
Heat a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add coconut milk and heat until it simmers.
Remove from heat and add cocoa powder; mix well until cocoa dissolves completely.
Add sweetener of choice and tequila; mix well.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.
Enjoy hot!
