Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the cheese, pork rind flour and seasonings together.
  4. In another small bowl melt the butter.
  5. Dip each wing in the butter, allowing any excess to drip of.
  6. Then roll the wing in the parmesan flour mixture until evenly coated.
  7. Place each coated wing on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, or until no longer pink the center.
  9. Remove from oven and top with parsley for garnish.

Recipe Notes


To make the pork rind flour simply fill a large freezer bag with the pork rinds, zip it closed and smash the rinds until there are no more large chunks. Or you can use food processor if you don't mind the clean-up. The nutritional data is assuming that you use all the parmesan flour mixture when coating your wings.
