I know what it is like to feel like you are not enough. As a woman and mother I have been through the struggle you are going through, and I understand how hard it can be to love yourself and your body no matter what.
I know what it is like to feel selfish for putting yourself first, I have dealt with all kinds of guilt when it comes to food and training, and I have felt the pain of never measuring up to unrealistic standards.
Because I have been through this endless loop of self-sabotage myself, I know just how disappointing and frustrating it is to feel like your dream life and fitness goals are constantly out of reach.
I have also experienced the amazing transformation of learning to love yourself in any shape, and the empowering epiphany of seeing that doing less will actually allow you to achieve more.
My approach to fitness and health involves a sustainable, easy, and flexible lifestyle that lets you live your life to the fullest, as a balanced and thriving individual.
It is about getting to the root cause of what holds you back, so you can move beyond what has sabotaged your efforts in the past, and become a strong, self-loving, authentic and radiating woman who KNOWS she deserves to feel amazing and is proud of herself and her body--because THAT is the woman you TRULY are.
