Ultra Low Carb Sweet and Spicy Chicken Wings Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk all ingredients, except for the green onions, together.
  4. Coat each chicken wing in the sauce and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until no longer pink in the center.
  6. Check on the wings after 10 minutes and baste with more sauce.
  7. Remove from the oven and garnish with the green onions.

Recipe Notes

You can adjust the amount of hot sauce you use to fit your desired level of spiciness. The nutritional data is assuming that you use all the sauce when preparing your wings.
