In this HER Body™ episode Alex chats with gym owner and former CrossFit Games competitor, Shana Alverson, about the experiences they have working with clients and the various ways in which they modify the manner in which they communicate with their different clients.
Shana also discussed the challenges that came from focusing too much of her life to competing, the detrimental affects it had on her body and health, and why she decided to rebrand her gym away from the crossfit name.

She is a 6-time regional and 4-time CrossFit Games individual competitor – and she became a professional athlete when she was signed to the Grid League’s Philly Founders in 2014.
