At this point in my journey it’s become possible for me to accept when I don’t get a chance to work out or eat “right”. Before, I’d always beat up myself and put so much guilt for not following the diet or my work out plan. I give myself more compassion and just fully accept that life happens!
Being a part of this group I’ve learned that we all go through our ups and downs at different times of day/week and these ladies have been super supportive. I love how our group can come together when someone is struggling and celebrate when someone is winning.
