Nourish Her Body Course is well covered in a variety of fitness/wellness areas.
Not only can Alex share her incredible knowledge about nutrition and movement, but she can also be a bridge between you and new types of fitness/wellness areas that you would never have thought existed.
I would have never known that you could exercise your nerve!!!
I have gained a wide variety of how to become “well-being” throughout this course.
I am happy and proud to be a part of this community. I can share my experiences to my community and feel very supported. Most importantly, I feel that I am not alone in this journey.
